Accessibility Statement
Last updated August 6, 2026
Maryland Orthopedic Specialists is committed to making its website accessible and usable for patients, caregivers, and visitors with disabilities.
Our commitment
Maryland Orthopedic Specialists is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We work to make our digital content understandable, navigable, and usable with common assistive technologies.
Accessibility measures
The website is designed with semantic headings, keyboard-accessible navigation, readable color contrast, descriptive alternative text for meaningful images, resizable text, and clearly labeled links and controls. Our goal is to align the site with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA where reasonably possible.
Ongoing improvements
Accessibility is an ongoing process. As content, browsers, assistive technologies, and standards evolve, some pages or third-party services may not yet provide the same level of accessibility. We periodically review the site and address identified barriers as part of continued maintenance.
Third-party services
Some functions, including online scheduling, the patient portal, bill payment, medical-record requests, maps, and externally hosted media, are provided by third parties. Maryland Orthopedic Specialists does not control every aspect of those platforms, but we welcome reports of access barriers so we can help patients reach the appropriate service.
Request assistance or report a problem
If you have difficulty accessing any part of this website, need information in another format, or want to report an accessibility issue, please contact Maryland Orthopedic Specialists. When possible, include the page address and a brief description of the problem so we can investigate it.
