About this neighborhood
The Rockville office at 1071 Seven Locks Road is the dedicated MOS physical therapy and orthopedic rehabilitation facility. It is located in the Potomac Woods Shopping Center near Walgreens and O'Donnell's Market — easily accessible from I-270 via Montrose Road or from the Falls Road / River Road corridor by way of Glen Road. The location is geographically central to a broad swath of Montgomery County: Rockville itself, North Bethesda and the Pike District, Potomac, Twinbrook, Aspen Hill, parts of Olney, and the Garrett Park and Garrett Park Estates neighborhoods all sit within fifteen minutes of the front door.
The Rockville location is dedicated specifically to orthopedic and sports medicine physical therapy. The facility is outfitted with rehabilitative equipment matched to the protocols our surgeons use post-operatively — exercise machines, balance and proprioception equipment, manual therapy spaces, and the gait and biomechanical assessment tools needed for return-to-sport programming. The therapists here work directly with our surgeons on every post-operative case, so there is continuity of care from the operating room through the last day of rehab. Patients who had their surgical consultation and operation through our Bethesda or Germantown offices typically transition seamlessly to Rockville for the rehabilitation phase.

“I had an excellent experience working with Alex and the Potomac Woods PT team for my fractured ankle this winter. Alex is an excellent PT - he is knowledgeable, kind and empathetic. He manages the clinic and it has a nice vibe. I especiàlly appreciated the guidance Alex provided for my return to more activity following discharge from PT. My ankle is doing really well! Alex and his team have my highest recommendation! I will definitely return to the clinic if I need PT in the future.”

“Sam is great. Doing all of my PT that he taught me, daily at home now for 2 months. Definitely have noticing improvement.”
