Sarah Bradshaw, PTA

Sarah Bradshaw's story at Maryland Orthopedic Specialists is one of the longest on the team, and one of the most earned.

She joined MOS in 2001 as a physical therapy aide, working her way through school while building her clinical foundation right here. She earned her Associate Degree in Applied Science from Montgomery College's Physical Therapist Assistant Program in 2005 and has been a core part of the team ever since. More than twenty years in, she is one of the most experienced hands-on clinicians in the practice.

That longevity isn't just tenure. It's depth. Sarah has developed a wide range of manual techniques for treating upper and lower extremity injuries, with particular focus on post-operative rehabilitation and sports injuries across every age group. She is passionate about hands-on care, teaching patients how to prevent and manage injury, and reinforcing the kind of body mechanics that protect people long after their sessions end. She doesn't just treat the injury in front of her. She helps patients understand their own bodies well enough to stay out of the clinic.

Outside the clinic, Sarah hikes with her two dogs, stays active through her own workouts, and spends her weekends cheering on her two children in their equestrian and baseball pursuits.
