About

We are eager to welcome Brian Long to the MOS team — though in many ways, he never really left.

A Maryland native who grew up in Darnestown, Brian began his medical journey studying kinesiology at the University of Maryland before earning his master's degree in physician assistant studies from St. Francis University. But his connection to this practice runs deeper than his credentials suggest: years ago, before pursuing his PA training, Brian worked at MOS as a medical scribe.

That experience left a lasting impression. Watching the team of PAs care for patients with skill and sincerity, Brian saw firsthand what attentive, empathetic care actually looks like in practice — not in theory. His decision to become a PA was driven by a simple standard: he wanted to deliver the kind of care he would want for his own family. When it came time to choose where to build his career, returning to MOS was the natural answer. In his words, the standard of care and provider expertise here is "second to none."

In his new role, Brian is committed to continuing that legacy — making sure every patient feels heard, understood, and cared for with both professionalism and genuine warmth.

What patients experience

"Professional, knowledgeable, kind, patient... I literally cannot say enough good things about Brian Long and every single interaction I have had with this office and the entire team. There is a lot to be said about feeling comfortable and having confidence in a medical team, and that is 100% what I have had. From the bottom of my heart (and knee) — thank you!" — patient review

Outside the clinic, Brian enjoys fishing, staying active at the gym, and cheering on his favorite teams — Maryland athletics, the New York Giants, and the New York Yankees.

Brian is accepting new patients.

Dr. Feldman is excellent. He patiently listened to my concerns and answered my questions. He is a real pro and efficiently and quickly got me in for surgery on a torn Achilles. His PA Brian was awesome as well. Both were friendly, patient and professional. I would highly recommend both of them and their team.

Surgery went perfectly! The staff was professional and attentive. They fixed my hip in less than two hours. I have little to no pain to manage and have hope to return to activity levels I haven’t in years.

PA Long is very kind and friendly. He also explains my daughter’s fractured pinky condition in detail to us. The waiting time was minimal- we were in and out of office within an hour (plus X-ray). His assistant is very friendly too. Would recommend this office.
